The QM department ... commanded by Lt Klagg vestai-Pallara ( Richard Brown!). This area has exploded in 1999 with the production of replica weapons! The whole of Queensland is FULLY armed to the teeth and beyond!

Finally, we have our FIRST recipient of the Order of the Dragon, the ultimate award bestowed in the Sundragon Fleet! By order of the two Fleet Adjutants, K'rgaHn and B'leth, with the blessing of the Hydra Council, we proudly bestow this Ultimate honour on .... KRUD!
