Cold Blood Quadrant
Change of Command in the Cold Blood Quadrant.
Cold Blood Quadrant has had some changes. At the end
of 2003 Cliff Weigel stepped down after two years as Cold Blood
Quadrant Commander. I want to wish Cliff the best and thank him
for all
of the work he has done for the CBQ.
When I first joined KAG I came in as an Imperial
Marine and that is all I wanted to do. Then Admiral Kerla called
me on a December evening and asked me if I would take the Cold Blood
Quadrant CO position.
I remember the problems that occurred when the last
Commander was appointed and I did not want to see the Cold Blood
Quadrant go through another Civil War. I am a Marine and was not
looking to do anything that would take me away from my beloved
Corps. Most of you know that I am very passionate about the
Imperial Marines and I will do anything for the Imperial Marines.
When I accepted the position I told Admiral Kerla
that I would treat everyone in the Cold Blood Quadrant the same.
I have
retained the Position of Cold Terror Fleet Marine Field Marshall along
with being the Cold Blood Quadrant CO but I can and will always be for
everyone under my command. The Cold Blood Quadrant is my home and
home
is where my heart is and always will be.
So far I have been welcomed with open arms from
everyone in the CBQ. I am planning on visiting every ship in the
CBQ to
see who really has the Coldest Beer and Warmest Blood Wine.
Future plans for the CBQ- I would like to get
a team together and invade the Cold Revenge Quadrant to take on their
Warriors in either their Spring or Fall Batleth Tournament that they
put on in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Klingons in the Mist (2004) is still looking
for a site- how it is looking KitM will be held in early fall this
year. (Klingons in the Mist is a yearly camping trip to wake up
the
Warrior Sprit in all of us... That, and to help the hotel industry to
recover from all the broken hotel rooms from our black-light parties at
cons.)

Long Live the Klingon Empire!
