Phoenix Rising Quadrant Commanders Report

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL COMMANDERS READ THIS POST ALL THE WAY. I DID NOT KNOW WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED AS A REASON TO NOT REPORT.
This is the Quadrant Commanders report for January 2017 which covers December 2016 and sums up the year 2016.
The report this month is late. But I have a reason. I have been having computer problems all year long. And we are just into the 3rd day. I hope this is not a first look at what the years has to offer.
First let me say that if you are reading this and if you are a Commander for the Quadrant then you really need to read it all the way. It will only take a few minutes but this is going to spell out the way we do business in this quadrant this year. There will be no reasons that anyone who reads this could come and say I did not know. Here it is in Black And White.
Monthly Reports.
The Monthly report is due between the First of the Month and the Tenth of the Month.
I know I said the fifth before. But after talking to a few Commanders we agreed that the tenth was better.
If a Ship and her Commander does not report in by the tenth of the month then they will be in Dry Dock for the rest of the month. After a ship has been in Dry Dock for three months then starting in the fourth month I will start the Decommissioning process.
Also starting as of the first of this month, and year all ships are in good standing.
How do I make my reports?
First: All ships must report in between the 1st and 10th of each month. And they will report on the previous month.
Second: The Commander of a ship or one of his Officers must make the report. No one not a member of a ship can report for any ship.
Third: To make the report, Just copy the text below between Start here and End here and fill out the data and summit it in a comment below this Post.

Please do not post pictures or comments or anything else. Just post the monthly report here. The quadrant staff will not comment to any report other than to give you a like showing that we have read the report and that your ship is in good standing.

I want to see who is reading and who is paying attention. Do not copy the START HERE and END HERE. Copy between the lines and get just the ship report form. It is that easy. And this is all you need to do to make sure your ship is in good standing for the month.
If by some chance you would like to make a phone call to myself or the Executive Officer sometime during the month then that would not hurt you also and in fact be a plus come time for promotions.
I really cannot stress just how important it is that we get this right this month. Last year we did a great job of rebuilding this quadrant. But now we need to work out the bugs and get everyone on the same page. And it is really so easy if someone will just take the time to read and follow the program.
I know that from time to time, things happen that will slow us down and make things a little hard. But I also know that if you really care then you will walk that extra mile to do what has to be done.
I will not except any reasons for not receiving a report on time. I understand that you may have problems. But you need to understand that other people are depending on you doing what you agreed to do in order to carry the title KAG Commander.
Will all that said, I want to thank everyone who congratulated me on earning the promotion to Captain. It has been a long time coming and took a lot of hard work, but I feel that it was well worth it.
I also wanted to say a few things about awards for the quadrant.
We have now started our own award system. And the top of the chain is the Klingon Trifoil Medal Of Honor.
The Trifoil has three points. And each point, points to a different warrior.
The top point is for the KAG PR Warrior of the Year.
The lower left point is for the KAG PR Victory Warrior of the Year.
And the lower point is for the KAG PR Honor Warrior of the Year.
This award will be given out in December of each year and will be for the year they are earned. The Warriors for 2016 have been chose and their names will appear in the next Mind Scanner which will come out any day now.
We are also working on a design for the medal and a way to make them available to the Warriors that earn them.
We are also working on a new system to award Battle Notches, Kill Strips and Strategy Marks for the quadrant. And we are working with the Dark Star Quadrant to make both the Trifoil Medal and the new awards a standard in both quadrants.
And we also have a new award for Ship Commanders in good standing coming soon.
But the best part is that we are designing these awards and will make them available to you free or at cost. So you will be able to wear them and show them off at convention.
They will not be just pretty pins for your uniform. They will be real awards that you can earn.
Now lets talk about Promotions.
Some of you are thinking that you will be promoted soon. The next promotions I will be handing out will come in April at the Treklanta Convention.
As of right now, like I said, all ships are in good standing. There for all Commanders are also in good standing. But if you expecting to receive a promotion in April then you should know that missing your report due date could stop a promotion from becoming a reality. It is simple. There is no way I will promote someone that will not do their job. And it would be unfair to the ones that do their jobs, to reward others that will not get with the program.
As for the warriors that do not have uniforms, I want you to know we are going to start using the Enlisted Men’s ranks as a way to reward those of you that do support us. Just make sure that your CO reports your service or better yet, contact me your self and tell me what you are doing.
This is for the Warriors in the quadrant that are not being represented as well as you should be. If you are alone in the quadrant and you have no ship, or if you are assigned to a ship but you feel no one is looking after your interest then contact me. There is nothing stopping you from contacting me. I welcome any comments and suggestions you might have.

List any Events:Two members joined up this past month. Alex Campbell and my son Wyatt. Wyatt wants to do more things when he is here and he will be around my XOs daughter. Alex is an old friend who after seeing what we are all about, joined in with me at the Rogue One opening at Carmike Theater in Savannah on Stephenson. We did a recruiting table with the Rogue Phoenix and enjoyed talking shop and giving kids Star Wars rings of Vader, R2 and C3P0 as well as giving a mini bust to a theater goes who answered a trivia question about Return of the Jedi.
