5 ships landed in Bartow Florida
Syfy Bartow is the Favorite among KAG in Florida. It is the one place where most of us can gather.
This year was Star Wars themed and we felt it our duty, as with any year of course, to mess with the 501st. SFI is usually only feet away and that makes it really easy.
There were promotions and awards handed out this year The quadrant of the year and warrior of the year for the fleet. Two new 2nd lieutenants and two ship positions. A few targh’s teeth found their new home as well.
We had a warrior, Mina Chang, compete in the first Miss SyFy Bartow pageant this year. She was a crowd favorite!
Battles, laughing, eating and drinking and watching all these warriors hug in friendship whether they are meeting each other for the first time or the 10oth time it is always worth going. I feel proud and happy to be apart of it.
I want to Shout out to cho’aq (Carrie) She comes here and put her back into setting up and breaking down and manning the fort. She has even come on here on her own and carried the. torch . You are awesome and and a great warrior cho’aq! I am grateful for you .
